Welcome to International Allied Missions (IAM). IAM is a 501c3 non-profit service ministry dedicated to helping established ministers in third world countries. We are Currently working in Haiti, where we help support 7 churches, 3 schools, and 2 children's homes. As you make your way through our site you will find many opportunities to serve as well as information about current projects and upcoming mission trips. Through these ministries, our volunteers provide medical care, educational opportunities and other services. But most importantly, they show the love of Christ. We encourage you to contact us with any questions you may have and above all pray and consider becoming a part of this ministry.
Happening Now March Youth Retreat
This year's youth retreat was the first week of March. More than 90 students attended the retreat in Guibert. The theme this year was War and Peace, and teenagers learned about the battles we face in life and how to have peace in the midst of them. The retreat included games, skits, songs, group discussions, and bible lessons.

January Medical Trip Update
Two weeks and about 2000 patients later, and our yearly medical trip is concluded for 2011. This year's trip was amazing. Two separate teams focused on different aspects of Haitian health. The first week's group gave out reading glasses, performed surgeries, and treated children for malnourishment. In addition, 370 student from the Guibert Primary School and 300 patients were treated.
The second week's team focused on women's health. A group joined us from Nevada with sonogram equipment, pregnancy tests, and educational materials, treating as many woman as possible during the week. In addition, more surgeries were performed, and the 250 students at the Marothiere Primary School were treated along with another 800 patients.
After the hustle and bustle of the clinics, school students were treated to a school carnival with games, face painting, and cupcakes, and the boys in the Guibert orphange were treated to a birthday party, where each one received an outfit and a gift.
Plans are already underway for next year's clinic, so if you're interested in attending, let us know right to be added to the list.

October Building Trip and Re-building Update
Spirit of Truth has completed its first goal to build 30 homes for church families whose homes were destroyed during the January, 2010 earthquake! Our team of five from New Hope Community Church completed the last 5 roofs in Jacket while there in October. The trip was a tough one; 5 roofs in 5 days. There was little time to rest!
Check out our
Rebuilding Haiti
page for pictures of homes that have been built. God is working in a mighty way through this ministry and through
you, who have given selflessly
to this effort. We thank you and so do the people in Haiti.
Donations to the re-building effort can be made online or by check to IAM. Please designate your donation to "Rebuilding Haiti."

Starfish Update What are you doing with your quarters?
We already have more than half the funds needed for the 2010-2011 school year, which starts in September! Please keep your donations coming in and check back to the thermometer on the Starfish Page. The cost of one lunch is 50 cents, or you can feed one student lunch for the year for $110. That's only $10 a month!
