About Spirit of Truth Ministries
Spirit of Truth Ministries is a ministry operating throughout Haiti. The ministry currently has seven churches, three elementary schools and two children's homes. The goal of this ministry is to build the Christian church in Haiti, a country that is extremely young spiritually. Most Christians in Haiti are first or second generation believers.
This ministry believes that they cannot stop at building the Christian church. Haiti is the poorest country in the Western Hemisphere; more than 80% of its population lives off of less than $2 US per day. To help the people of this country, Spirit of Truth offers Christian Education, has two orphanages, and holds a yearly medical clinic in some of the most remote and poorest areas of the country. It has also begun digging wells to aid communities in getting clean water.
The ministry is led by Pastor Jean Alix Paul, a native Haitian. Pastor Paul is a graduate of Christ for the Nations Bible College in Jamaica. He assumed responsibility of Spirit of Truth when his father passed away fifteen years ago. He is married. He and his wife Mylene have two children, Laurie and Markley.
